They food is always good, they workers always have an attitude especially if you asking for blackened chicken. Apparently they hate making it, I've done it 5 times and all 5 times it seems like a smile turns to straight face sad eyes and a burden... lol but the food is good.
I ordered the Chicken 12 piece w biscuits, red beans & rice & coleslaw. First time ordering anything online for pickup, everything was very good.& exactly how I ordered itI walked in to pickup my order and Yes, the service was not speedy, there were only three people working on a Sunday afternoon, ALL OF THEM were working very hard, I let them know I appreciated them working so hard to help my family & other customers have a better day! I've seen some not so great reviews for this location and I can say my experience was wonderful, cheers to those wonderful people working on August 4th
This was a specifically planned trip w/ my close friend because we were craving cajun and everyone around us would not stop randomly eating it lol. We did not want spicy chicken sandwiches but knew we would most likely be waiting in a long line due to the bring back. When we arrived at the restaurant we debated going in but stayed in the car and drive thru and it was such a great decision. We waited probably 30-45mins to order and get our food which is okay! Tim, a younger black male was the associate and omg he was soooo awesome! He knew their entire menu and since we were ordering a pretty large amount he suggested a dinner combo that would save us money and give more food. He was patient and kind from the speaker to the window. It was so refreshing considering how long we waited :) Our food was fresh and order accurate. I hope he gets all the accolades as he was actually helping to prepare food and still assist w/ taking orders simultaneously.
